I was so disappointed. This product didn’t work for me at all. I followed directions to a “T”. We are just on the edge of service, can catch a bar or two now and then. I had high hopes for this. But the return process was quick and easy! So that is a plus!

I looked at several cell boost products. This one seemed like the best value and functional. Don’t waste your money. It’s a hoax and does not work. Ended up buying the Wilson Boost and it actually works!

I saw more bars on my phone, but service was just as bad with as without.

This booster was expensive but did not work at all. I will return for a refund.
