The 5/16 in hose slipped in these effortlessly and locked into place without leaking. Once I turn the water on. Absolutely worth the money in my book. The only thing you need to be aware of is that finding 5/16-in hose is difficult. L and HD only carry carry 1/4-in which makes this project a little bit more difficult. Even on desertcart, I had difficulty finding black 5/16-in hose. I absolutely loved and used the different fittings that came in this kit. The only one I didn't use was the one that split one pipe into two pipes.
