I received these shears in the mail and also gave one to my son who loves to cook. I have so far used them to cut pizza and to open several packages and my husband used them to cut up some chicken.They were extremely easy to use and are VERY sharp which is a bonus. I love the features with the case cover so you don't cut yourself and also the cracker addition which I believe is either for nuts or shell fish. That makes these quite handy for multiple uses.These kitchen shears are sleek and have a great feel in your hand. They are a nice weight and a perfect size for all sorts of uses. I love mine and know they are going to come in handy in my kitchen. I also love that they can be put in the dishwasher for cleaning, however I will probably hand wash mine to keep them safe. Plus the fact that they are rustproof makes them such a good addition to my kitchen. I will write again with more when I have gotten a chance to use them more.I like these so far! I've only had them a couple of weeks so I can't attest to the long-term quality. They are lightweight compared to my prior kitchen shears from Chefmate. The only concern is the white plastic around the handles - I worry that these will look dirty & discolored over time. It hasn't happened yet, but again, I've only had them a couple of weeks. Hopefully if that does become an issue, a Magic Eraser will make them shine like new again.Many thanks for these shears, These are a great product. The heavy duty kitchen shears are great for processing food. im very happy with them. In addition to food processing i need scissors that can work for opening packages. plastic wrappers, card board boxes and the like. I find these to be very useful in my kitchen daily. The additional pair of scissors are smaller and work wonderfully. In my. Desk drawer. Where i keep them .

The handles are more comfortable than most. I was overall unhappy because the shears didn't line up well. I'd spend more money for a better construction.

I got these because I often remove the backbones of chicken before putting on the smoker and trim other cuts. I thought that this would fairly easily cut through, but no, still takes strong hands and a lot of pressure.

Very good in the kitchen. It's great to have a pair that you don't have to worry about the rest of the household wrecking. Although, everyone likes them so much, they keep disappearing. Have bought 3 so far.

The scissors were sharp in the beginning. After three months of use they scissors seems to have lost sharpness.

For the price I figured that they would be pretty cheap. They are nice! A little stiff in the beginning, but they work well
