I woiuldn't use any other brand other than iiyama monitors. Six weeks ago I replaced my two 4X3 square 19" iiyama monitors with two of these X2483HSU 24" widescreen models. I am delighted with these new ones. The old iiyama's - around 10 years old - are still in very good working condition but I decided to pension them off cheap on ebay....

Picture quality is fine for my basic needs - I'm no gamer! However, what is very odd is that the computer screen tilts forward instead of being vertical. This is clearly a design fault in the attachment of the neck and base to the monitor, as neither the neck or base show signs of being defective or broken in any way. This is easily rectified by placing a small item under the front of the base to offset the forwards tilt. As such, I've given an overall 3 star rating to reflect the design fault. However, I am disappointed as it's such a basic error and I thought iiyama were a quality brand.

There aren't necessarily any outstanding qualities, but for the price, this is a great buy. Picture quality is fairly good and there are no problems so far with it. The audio could be better, but I can't complain because it's good value for money.
