Very pretty but overpriced
Beautiful but didn’t realize the valance didn’t come with it. A bit overpriced if you have to purchase both separately for such a small valance.

Exactly as pictured. Good quality. I don't like cheap machine-made lace valances, but handmade lace is so expensive. This looks just as nice at a fraction of the cost. Very satisfied. Super fast shipping.
