Not very happy with this Unfortunately I threw the packaging away before collecting my husbands ashes so am unable to return The ashes do not fit in the box area My husband was an average size man. The dimensions given are incorrect; It actually measures 16cm (w) x 12cm (h) x 16cm (d) The ashes measure 25 x 14 x14 The dimensions in description were larger than they are but in my grieve I did not notice. I therefore cannot use this for the purpose

Looks nice but really isn’t ideal for ashes as The bottom is so loose, jiggles everywhere. You have to Secure the ashes first in another box or bag, like air tight and then put it in the bottom and never move it. Took it to the mortuary to have ashes put into it, and lucky enough with some ingenuity we managed to sort it, but was more of an Aldeal then should of been.

This a lovely item but when I pay almost £96 I expect it to be finished off. I don't like the silver bolt just sat there.

Lovely item but box VERY small at the bottom as could only fit a small amount of ashes in.

Top Mark's for actual urn its luvly,but the bag they send you with it is ridiculous,got bag out today to put urn in so I could take out with me,how small it was,wouldn't even fit base of urn into it..and even if it did it wouldn't be long enough to cover all the urn,how disappointing,and I ordered 2........

Lovely product

This is a good quality product that we would recommend to those who do not want a more “traditional” urn. It suits us parents, having lost a daughter, that will now be with us for always, both physically and emotionally. We particularly liked the “infinity” shape of the couple. The base looks big enough to hold all the ashes although we haven’t tried this out yet.

So happy to have this for my husbands ashes..no one notices and it looks like a beautiful ornament in our home
