Product works fine but the manual that accompanies the product is NOT helpful at all — your tech support is non existent— glad we have sharp IT peeps otherwise this review would sound very different

Work great.
These FOBs work great for my business. Other brands were not compatible. These are the second order I have purchased from Amazon. Substantially cheaper than the name brand. I will continue to order them as needed.
