Going back to Fossil.
So I ordered this wallet a couple of months ago. It was the first time in about 15 years that I bought a wallet that wasn’t made by Fossil (my last two wallets were both Fossil - two wallets in 15 years!). Both times I replaced my wallet was simply because I wanted something new and not because the wallet was falling apart. I expected the same from this, especially because of the good reviews.After receiving the new wallet, I was impressed. The wallet was mostly made of nice leather that smelled fantastic. I purged some older cards from my old wallet and filled my one. Everything seemed fine until a few weeks ago. I noticed that the seam of the credit card pockets that connect the leather with the cheap polyester lining (something I didn’t like) was loose, and I could see the side of my cards (pictured). What’s more, I noticed that there was no seam at all but that the two materials were attached with a type of adhesive. This has naturally gotten worse with use, and the wallet is essentially useless now. I’m outside the return date, so this will be one of those instances in which lessons are learned. The lessons: 1. Don’t buy POS wallets from this manufacturer. 2. Just stick with what I know works.
