Great cream for resurfacing any rough areas. Intended for feet of course, but I have used this on my arms, legs, and chest. Arms and legs get that rough winter skin that needs softened and removed, and my sun damaged chest gets small bumps and benign keratoses that dermatologist told me aren’t important to remove, because they will ‘just come back’. Well they look awful, so this cream takes care of them! Just a couple of applications and within a week, my chest is smooth and looks great again. Love this product.

I have been using this product for years. It is the only thing that works on my heels. It goes a long way - cut the tube open when you get to the end of it, put it into a zip bag and get an additional 2 week supply! And it works very quickly to repair painful cracked and bleeding heels. I have tried other products that are available in stores, but always come back to this one. Using it in the morning after showering and at bedtime works best for me.

Not entirely sure how well this is working. I bought this because it is one of the only products I have found that contain AHA's to exfoliate skin for hands and feet. Most other products advertise this but use very little in the actual product - mostly full of oils, petroleum that just add heavy moisture but no exfoliation.My feet are showing signs of peeling in small area which I attribute to the cream. I dont recommend using it daily - and to be sure to use with moisturizer. I live in SoCal that is dry during days and the fall - but also alternates with humid temperatures. I wear flip flops and sandals every day.

I have been using this every night for a little over a month and it has actually worked. I have some calluses that are pretty wicked on my heels, bottom of my big toes, and on the ball area of my feet that I have tried to get rid of or at least make a little better for years. This product has softened those calluses enough that my pumice stone is effective. I also have no doubt that this lotion will help slow the calluses from developing again. My feet no longer have that scaly dry look!!!!! I am overjoyed and will continue to use.

This stuff works like nothing else I've tried. I had charcot foot, which caused exceptional foot swelling for months. Of course, this means the skin on the foot became exceptionally dry. This stuff worked consistently, and within a week the puffy foot was literally smooth with great color. I tried a lot of products to find this, and I'm so happy I did. In fact, it worked so well my doc commented on how good and healthy the skin looked.

This is the best foot cream I've found thus far. I used "Philosophy's Sole Owner" for years. To my dismay… They discontinued that product several years ago. Since then I have been searching for something that worked as good as that product. With no luck! UNTIL A friend told me about Alpha Skin Care.... BEST product out there for heel cracks, dryness etc. It may even be better than the previous product I just mentioned. I apply it at least four times a week. Once I apply it... I then I wear a pair of socks or slippers for about 30 minutes. Keeps me sandal ready. I highly recommend this product!!

I'm so happy to have found this great substitute for the discontinued Sole Owner. It looks and feels exactly the same and works just as well. I only have a mild issue with roughness on my ankles between pedicures so I use just a bit of cream once or twice and I'm ready for yoga class. The only thing that is not the same is the price - this one is much cheaper.

This stuff is fabulous. The very first time I used it, it just transformed my feet: no roughness, no scratching at my pantyhose when I pull them on. It's amazing. I figured it was likely to work pretty well, but it exceeded all expectations. I don't even use it every night--just a couple of times a week--and my feet are still unbelievably smooth.
