TL;DR: Rechargeable Batteries are cool and stuff, but we'll always need these sturdy non-rechargeable batteries because of an inherent design flaw in rechargeable batteries. Read on to find out why..The biggest reason you'd want these ACDelco AA Alkaline Batteries is that they run at a standarized 1.5 volts per battery vs. Rechargeable batteries (NiMH) which usually run at 1.2 volts. This is why you'll find electronics glitching more commonly with Rechargeable batteries than with standard Alkaline. Don't believe me? Look it up! :)I found this out because one of my LED flashlights would glitch out and have issues constantly. One time I didn't have any rechargeables ready to use, so I popped in one of these AC Delcos and magically all of my glitches and issues stopped as well as the light being brighter. The issues STAYED AWAY as long as I kept using these 1.5 volt batteries AKA Non-Rechargeable batteries.

ACDelco's batteries are great for high-drain devices. For instance, I use them in my electric candles, and they do exceptionally well. I have no complaints at all, and I plan to re-order. You can't beat the price. I use them even for my printer, which creates labels for work. They last longer than any other battery brands that I have tried. They're efficient for power usage. These 40 packs will last, and the battery life exceeds any other alkaline I tried. Highly recommended!!!!
