Weak.
This product could be great. It is simply too weak to grind herbs etc like I need. I even tried using a direct AC power source but it did not help. For the price, maybe it could be useful, but for me it can only be a back up to my main grinder.

Great idea with terrible execution
Great idea with terrible execution. Motor runs slowly and gear does not line up. Took it apart to try and see if I could tighten anything, but it never would work. Additionally, the rubbery black bits turn sticky. Something in the plastic breaks down. I used isopropyl alcohol to rub as much as I could off, but some of it lingers.Tried to look up any kind of repair for this item and found nothing. Going to trash it.

Reliability Problem
This didn't work very long. The battery powered motor worked fine, but the gears didn't engage, rendering the product useless. No customer support from the manufacturer either. Don't buy this. It's not worth it.
