Light weight and very attractive
These bowls were purchased as part of a birthday gift for a close friend. She absolutely thought they were perfect. In fact, she used one to take her salad for lunch the following day. The lids snap on and close tight so no leaking. The larger bowl can be full but because it is light weight it can be filled to the top without any concerns. The colors are sharp and the quality was excellent. She was very pleased and therefore I was as well.

Nice blue delft look
I purchased these because I live in a very Dutch area, and they matched the other delft items in my kitchen. Also, I can always use more bowls! While I bought them for their decorative features, they are of very good quality. I didn't plan to actually use them much, but I've found that while they look great, they are very handy for basic use as well. They wash up perfectly in the top rack of my dishwasher, with no fading or any other signs of wear. I love these bowls.
