Need to stir constantly, so the sediment doesn't settle to the bottom.Drank it before bed, woke up pain free the next day! Makes you pee alot!

Terrible
I drink this tea for my allergy I’ve been having it for a couple years but that’s my first time getting it from Amazon. The one I’ve been drinking it it’s a powder and it is little sweet and Bitter, but this one from Amazon it’s come in a small little balls. It’s terrible I have to use a blender to blend it after soaking in the hot water for four hours. I won’t recommend it

I am not sure if it is effective or not, because sometimes it feels good to drink, sometimes it feels like nothing has changed, because in this allergy season I am still ill and the price is so expensive.
