Le Muguet By Annick Goutal For Women Edt Spray 1.7 Oz

This opens with a big burst of green in typical Annick Goutal fashion. Once it 'settles' a bit you get a beautiful, fresh, just barely in bloom lily of the valley. LOV is my favorite flower, we had a huge bed of them in the yard of the house I lived in as a child, and they grow beside the house I live in now. I think May is my favorite month because that is when they bloom - that and the lilacs that follow soon after. I have 7 muguet perfumes including two I blended myself but I think this is the one that comes closest to that fresh, green just opened scent. Isabelle Doyen did an amazing job with this one! It's absolutely beautiful, and so is the bottle it comes in. Recommend this for all LOV lovers!!

Not bad. I constantly look for an alternative to Crabtree & Evelyn's Lily of the Valley, which I can't for the life of me understand why they changed. This is a fairly nice Lily of the Valley perfume, but nowhere close to the discontinued one from Crabtree & Evelyn.

...But better. This is a bit greener and more real, like the plant itself. Soft, lilting, very girly. No woody or musky undertones here. Stunning for Spring!

I love Annick Goutal fragrances. I have several. This is one of my favorites.
