very interesting - been committed to taking this regularly for 4 mos and seems to be doing something to me - my weight distribution, my muscle tone, hair growth in select areas - all affected - nothing super dramatic but enough for people to notice something about me changed

After taking the 25 milligram supplements once a day for about 2 weeks I can feel a real difference. I have more energy throughout the day and my recovery time is quite a bit faster. I mean, my recovery from workout and exercise. It's subtle enough that it doesn't bother me like some other supplements or medications.However, my energy levels stay a bit too high at night. So I'm waking up a lot when I'd rather be sleeping. So I'm ordering the 10 milligram. I thought the 25 would be too low but turns out for me at 40, it's a bit too much. This is just definitely a testosterone boost. You,ll feel it.* No matter how much I reduced my intake this affects my sleep too much to continue. Some people say they don't feel much but I feel a lot more energetic throughout the day. And unfortunately throughout the night. I don't feel intense... I'm still calm, I just can't go to sleep very well. And it becomes bothersome after a few days. It's nice to know supplements like this are out there but I just can't handle the lack of sleep.

This product was highly recommended by my gynecologist. She Was very specific on the brand as well as the 25mg capsules... I have ordered it since then and I will continue to order it. This will take a few weeks to see a difference.

I’m not into herbal stuff; however, this is exactly what was needed. Works as advertised.

I don't know whether the pill form worked better, but why did they change to a capsule? I liked the smaller pill type much better!
