It isn't horrible, but there are several little annoyances. The seat seems to have a slight peak going crosswise, which makes it feel somewhat like there's a pipe running under my thighs, inhibiting blood circulation. Also, the front of the seat should curl down more - I can sometimes feel the hard plastic frame of the seat under my thighs as well. The back is too low, resulting in the bottoms of my shoulder blades resting on the hard plastic frame. And it would have been nicer if the back were rounded, instead of having two corners. The mesh itself is a tad on the firm side. And there is a silver plastic "lumbar support" thing that doesn't actually provide any support.The chair has a heavy base, which is good. However, the casters don't roll as well on carpet as some other chairs. (I don't believe they were designed for hard floors, as they are made of hard plastic.) It is not very adjustable; I would have liked to have been able to tilt the seat forward slightly. The instructions were quite clear, except when it came to the telescoping plastic protector sleeve for the gas cylinder. The reason I say this is because mine looks nothing like the photos. It has three sections, and my middle section falls all the way down, so that it is completely hidden within the outer section. If I raise the seat all the way, I can see maybe an inch or two of it sticking up. Makes me wonder if I somehow oriented it incorrectly when putting together the chair, even though there appears to be only one way to do it.Overall, it's an okay chair, and maybe most people will find it more comfortable than I do - I think I am more sensitive to these little tactile annoyances than most. On the bright side, maybe it will force me to sit with better posture. I should also mention that I am a thin person, and I feel like the chair couldn't be any narrower than it is. I can't imagine what it would be like for someone larger. Oh well, can't expect to get Aeron-level performance at 1/9th the price. Next time, I'll go back to a leather manager's chair. The cheap ones may tear after a couple years, and they may not look as cool, but they're still more comfortable overall.

We have ordered three or four of these chairs at this point… Yes they are expensive, but they are worth it if you are sitting in it all day! I love that they are mesh and don’t hold any odor or heat.

When it arrived the chair had 2 screw hole that weren't threaded and the manufacturer wouldn't send me a replacement. Since then this chair has slowly fallen apart and is at a point where it offers almost no function. In hindsight I would've bought an amazon basics product, it would've been higher quality.

I've had this chair for almost 2 years after buying fake leather "executive style chairs" every couple years (and dealing with them pealing and falling apart a long the way). The mesh is breathable, its fantastic. The arm rests folding/adjusting is great. The adjusting lean lock has a great "middle" position, and also leans waaay back if you leave it open. It took a week or two but I got used to it/broke it in and it is very comfortable now. the biggest thing besides comfort is it feels solidly built and also has shown 0 signs of wear

This is my second buy of this model chair—I work at 2 desks—and I love it. Works great in my office, but I also play guitar, so it's great to move the arms out of the way. Also it really encourages me to sit up straight. BTW some of the folks complaining about it's limited range of motion should read the directions b/c yes you can lean back in it. Anyway it really distributes my weight well so sitting for extended periods is possible.

This chair isn't comfortable, as the pitch is off and isn't adjustable. I wish I hadn't bought two of them.

This is a great chair, really takes the pressures off of using ordinary chairs whose cushion will flatten after some years. This chair look like it will last long and it is very comfortable.

Love this one breathable. Early Xmas present from my boss.
