Pro Ninja Tabi Socks - 4 Pairs

I should have expected this when Kage beat competing prices for tabi socks by so much. When they arrived, I noticed that they look akward, and it's hard to tell which sock goes on which foot because the sides are almost the same.When I put them on, I noticed that the seams weren't consistently placed (just between the pair they were very different) and they would press against my toes at odd angles or press them together. After much adjustment I managed to get them to a mostly tolerable position, but the final straw was when I wore them overnight and one of the socks somehow restricted the blood flow in my foot, making it slightly numb and tingly. It still isn't back to normal.Naturally, the pictures and description here and on their site don't say any of this (currently at least). I also haven't found any indication of where they were made, but I'm guessing it's outsourced to the third world. Would explain the inconsistency.I think there's a chance of getting a set of these socks that are actually well-made if I return them and try again, but I don't gamble. One strike for me. Tabi socks are a cool idea, but if they're either going to be this bad or as expensive as the other ones I've seen on Amazon, I don't think they're worth it.
