Please know that the shipper will only provide a minimum amount of protective wrapping around this, and your bottle will almost definitely be damaged in shipping. The box did not show any signs of rough handling -- so the bottle did not survive even the most minimum of shipping challenges. Now I am stuck with trying to find a new lid and worrying about any contamination/glass fragments, or do I just throw this out? Not sure at this point. Love the product and was looking forward to it -- I did get a refund -- but that hardly covers the dissapointment of poor packing. Follow up - so when you get your bottle and it is broken, you will try to do a return or replacement and it will tell you that this product is not eligible for return or replacement and that will make you mad.... if you keep looking you will find the button that allows for a refund...
