This does not rock back and forth. Shortening the length of the steering wheel mount could reduce the package to 20" X 26" X 18." If you use a G29 wheel without the H pattern shifter, the width goes down to 16 inches, (16" X 26" X 18"). The wheel stand by itself weighs about 13 pounds.
