This includes B8 "Inositol" which is not included in a typical B complex and has a lot of brain benefits if you do your research. What you wsnt is the post metabolized "Myethl" versions of Folate "B9" and "B12" it only says Pure folate and lacks B12."B1" L-Theanine provides a Calm Alertness and is vital to daily focus.Choline is included along with other vitals in their proprietary blend.I personally take some of these by themselves to ensure proper dosages and never take more than 500% dv of anything. Please be careful about duplicate dosing with various multivitamins..

Effective for Focus
The pills are easy to swallow for me as long as i take them with water, the effect these give me is less relaxation based and more intense focus-based. It does help me finish tasks without becoming distracted by something else.

Helped but not as much as hoped
I ordered these to see if they would help me remember better. I have AdHD and a thyroid issue and they work together to make me forget everything. I found these to help slightly but not how I had hoped.
