Perfect for my Technics SL_QD3 turntable
I was cobbling together a stereo from my father's Technics SL-QD3 turntable and my father in-law's Denon receiver and Polk floor speakers. Everything was set up perfectly and I noticed a buzzing sound from the turntable. It's been a while since I've set up a stereo but I quickly realized there was no ground wire connecting the turntable and receiver. So I naturally went on Amazon and in a few minutes, found this wire, which fortunately listed my turntable model number as compatible. I ordered it yesterday and it came today. I plugged it in, and wa-la, the buzz was gone. I put my Sandinista! by the Clash LP on the platter and it sounds incredible. It might seem a little expensive for a wire but it was a bargain to make my stereo reach its full potential.

I wondered if it was the right earth ground. Looking at that little hole it was to go in. I was delighted, it fit secure, and snug. With no worry about breaking. I have the Technics SL-j1, and it worked very, very well!
