Batteries exploded after first use.
Torch turned up. Looked decent, felt sturdy. And then the batteries exploded inside. Thankfully after the first use so it wasn't left somewhere to be forgotten about.Burnt my hands and completely ruined the torch. Will be getting a full refund and genuinely disappointed, I'm not one to write a review, this is in fact the first-time I've left a negative review.As for the performance of the torch. It arrived during the day and I was unable to see what sort of brightness you can expect from it. The zoom feature seemed cool.

Good bar the wiring
It's very bright and I am very pleased with the zoom. It's very solid and will take either 3, 6 or 9 batteries to vary the brightness further. The only problem is it changes modes every time I enter into a mild jog, sometimes less. It makes it maddening to run after my dog at night. I would hate to be stuck out somewhere unfamilier with it.
