Not for the "fitness-challenged."
I've only had this cover for a short time, so the "durability" rating is strictly based on my perception of its quality. It looks to be put together pretty well. The downside to the cover is its WEIGHT. For reference, my cover was sized for e 32-foot 5th wheel camper. The instructions call for climbing on top of the trailer, rolling out the cover, and then gradually pulling it down around the sides of the trailer. This cover weighs a ton! I had to climb the ladder with it held over my head so I could "toss" it onto the the trailer's roof. After that, I had to unroll it enough so that I could start working it down around the sides of the trailer. The cover is so big, it's hard to get out of your own way doing this. If you're not comfortable walking around on the roof of your trailer, this is not the option for you, as you'll find yourself walking around the edges of the roof trying to spread the cover out. Once that part is done, the rest of the operation goes fairly easy. My take on the cover is that it's meant for long-term storage. It's really not the answer if you're going to be using the trailer every couple of weeks.Update 2/24/20: I ordered this cover in June of 2019. It's now February, 2020. The roof portion of the cover is completely disintegrating. The $335.00 cover was guaranteed to last three years. It's failing spectacularly at eight months. Short story; if you're looking to buy this cover to protect your trailer from desert sun, save your money...Update 6/20/20If I could give stars in the negative direction I would; both for the seller AND for Amazon! Contacted seller in February. Was told that if I contacted them again in June, they'd send me a new "improved" cover. I've tried three times to contact them, and have received no reply. My 3rd reply came back with "Message not delivered" due to "email connection with seller has expired." Amazon said I could contact the seller through the "Message Center," and gave me a link. I clicked on the link and it took me to the Amazon homepage, giving me NO CLUE as to where "Message Center" was. I could-not-find-it. Now I sit here with what's left of a crappy product that I'll have to pay the dump to take, with no way of contacting the seller... $335.00 poorer... THANKS, AMAZON!

5th Wheel All Weather Cover
Great looking, easy to install & remove, very nice, tight, custom fit! Makes our 5th wheel look like a million bucks. Easy access side zippers, extremely happy.

I wouldn't buy another one.
I installed this cover on my rv and within 2 months the buckles on the straps were pulling apart. With a little bit of wind, the zipper at the door pulled apart and is now not functional. One buckle attachment pulled out of the material and two tears appeared at the corners. When I tried to strap it down tighter the buckles just keep pulling apart. I would not buy another one from this manufacturer.

Tears
It ripped before we finished installing it. I contacted the company, they said to use the patch kit. Now there is another tear near the stairs. These covers are so expensive and they still rip

Poor Quality Control from Manufacturer
This would have been an excellent rv cover except for the fact that it came from the factory with two holes in it. One was a rip about 14 x 12 inches and a hole about the size of a silver dollar. Very disappointing to spend that much money only to find ripped when it’s taken out of the package.

Thick material
We have had others. So far this is great. A lot thicker than the one you buy from the dealership.
