This cup was well packaged! I was worried that it would break but it came sitted nicely in Styrofoam which was marked 'Fragile' . The Cup itself was beautiful, I bought it for a gift for a little girl who's going to be a big sister! I also asked the seller if the words below could be different from the letter initial, and the seller provided my request beautifully. I love the quality of the printing, it does not look like it will wear or chip out.Only complain is that I thought the first letter in the word would be capitalized but it was not. But apart from that, everything else is great! Definitely recommend!

The product is beautiful, it is a bit smaller then what I expected at first glance but it has a nice big handle for easy carry and the artwork is beautiful. As a suggestion I would say they should offer a 20 or 24 ounce mug. It is thick enough. It says that it is microwave and dishwasher safe which is good. The big disappointment was the coaster. We were expecting glass not plywood. We feel we pretty much got glorified paper. It's nice to have a monogramed anything and this is a special gift that my mother and a family friend received. My mom likes the mug itself.

The 1st cup I ordered was beautiful the major problem with this cup in general is the thinness of the ceramic. Liquids in the cup do not stay hot for long. The 2nd cup I ordered have the correct spelling of my name at the bottom but the wrong letter in the center of the cup.UPDATE 2/29/20 ==Contacted the seller about the problem and a replacement cup was produced and on the way. It is lovely! This seller is amazing and completely fixed the issue with no problems at all. Thank you so much!

I bought this as a gift for my mother in law- so cute and the perfect size while being able to customize however you’d like. Good quality!

I did like the mug which is the only think I am rating. But the problem I had with the order was the extra saucer that I purchased turned out to be a tiny little coaster instead. I advise not to purchase the so call saucer because it is not a saucer.

This is the second time purchasing from this seller and I might get some more soon! Delivery is always quicker than what it says it will be and it comes packaged so well that I never had any issues with any of the mugs. These are really pretty and every person I’ve gotten them for says they absolutely love them!

Very good for a gift, I bought 3 of them in different colors and they are so nice. It’s thick enough and it’s both dish washer safe and microwave friendly.
