I like fermented foods! This is saving me a bundle!
I love it! As soon as I got it I had my milk ready. My biggest concern since the weather was quite warm was that it smelled awful, when I opened. up the package. The little cooler pack possibly lasted a couple hours of the 3 day trip.Anyway, I rinsed the kefir grains and filled the container with cold milk. 24 hours later, hurrah, the grains still smelt bad, but the kefir was great.Into my 3rd day, the grains smell better and the kefir is ready sooner, warm climate.
