These cones are barely big enough. My dogs nose sticks out and she can still get to the spot that she shouldn’t be licking. I tried two different sizes and not even the larger one fit correctly! They are also way to soft and can easily flip out of the way, tho the Velcro strap prevents a full flip back.

Awesome soft cone! Works great!
I love it. It is perfect! I like that it doesn't hook to a collar. It is long enough my dog can't chew the bandage on her foot off that's been my biggest hurdle. Yet it is soft enough shes not banging into doorways. And it's long enough she can't reach her front feet. She's a Miniature Australian Shepherd. It is easy to clean. I just throw it in the washer and dryer. (I do make sure the velcro closure is together before washing). Sizing was perfect. I just measured her neck. I'd love to purchase another like this one in SIZE "XXL" if they ever come in again.. So I can trade them out to wash..

It's ok, might work for some dogs
This collar wasn't long enough to stop my dog from reaching the incision...he's a small dog, but the size that fit his neck was just not long enough...it may work for my other dog in the future...but I think it should be longer.

Be sure to measure! Don't be like me...
I know that I was supposed to measure my dog before ordering, and I didn't. Guestimating was the wrong way to go. Even the xxl was too small for him, a little too snug around his neck, and he figured out that it was easy for him to chew the hot spots on his back. Being a smaller (52lb) German Shepherd/Chow mix, he's super fluffy, so I really wanted this to work. Please make larger ones!

So Helpful for our pup!
I love the structure of the collar. It stays in place and protects our dog from scratching her eyes and ears. I have a different hard plastic collar that I place over this one for times when I am not at home. It's a double layer of protection and she can sleep easily on the softer surface of the blue e collar. Her ears and eyes are doing much better and she seems to be scratching less! We do take it off when we are home and holding her.

Runs small (mostly cat or small dog)
Should have read the reviews the large is tiny cat size. I would of had to order a XXXL to fit my dog. That being said the one that came was nice.

Soft and comfy but small!
Cone is exactly what I needed, something soft and comfortable for my dog BUT the sizing is definitely very tricky. I purchase a large for my 11 lb Pom and he needed something bigger. So I advice sizing up!
