Not sturdy nor durable
No Sturdiness At ALL I ended up loosing it due to it falling off while attached to my uniform ... I wore it on my first day to Work and My “RN Red Heart” fell off ... it was not properly attached ..The adhesive glue here is solid HARD as a rock...No durability did not last 24hrs... it was beautiful while it lasted

Broke within 3 months...Not sure if this is warrantied.
I bought this for my wife, whom really liked it, but it broke with only 3-month's use.

Just too heavy.
It was much heavier than expected. It was a gift. They loved it but it kept pulling their scrub top down. I do not think she wears it anymore because of those reasons.

Pretty but glue is not good
I purchased two of these cuz I loved the look so much but the first one fell from about 6 inches and the heart came off the retractor so I returned it. The second one did the same from sitting on a bench and sliding off when I was changing, came right off. I was going to send it back too but my husband had some gorilla glue and fixed/affixed it properly. I gave three stars as I don’t think a product should break so easily and not everyone has gorilla glue just sitting around the house. Also it is quite heavy and pulls my scrub neck down a bit. The lanyard is pretty though.
