Pleased with the kodak frame
I like this frame. I like that it comes from a brand name I know. I like the onscreen menu. Thank goodness I don't have to have another remote to keep track of.I read some negative reviews from other owners however, I can not find much to be negative about. Some wrote the that software should not be used because it changed all the photo's to a smaller resolution/kb size. I did not have this problem. I did not allow the software to automatically scan for any photos. I waited until after it was installed to manually select photos. Once I selected 100 photos (that is not the limit) I transfered them to a memory card and plugged it into the frame. Selected the card from the on-screen menu and it went right into display mode. I even put a few short movies on it.The only draw back I find is not having an auto time off and on software function. The speakers produce alot of high frequencies(tinny like) but, come on, these are small speakers in the rear. I don't expect great sound.No reliablity issues, it's been running great.

Power Cord Missing
I was replacing one we bought for my folks over 9 years ago, that had quite working.This one works fine, but...thankfully, I keep the old power cord because this one didn't have one in the box!

Kodak Easy Share frame! Great Gift!
Bought this as a gift for my 91 year old Mom for her birthday and she had just had surgery so loving, laying on the couch while watching pictures of her favorite people and places slide by. It has a music function , which I'm not using,, was a very easy upload and so much more room for additions and updates! great price! On screen, hidden , menu is a great feature.. Love this and would highly reccommend it..

Nice features - The price needs to come down
I loved the quality of the frame and the picture quality is stunning. The SD cards it uses are also quite cheap now and makes it easy to keep tons of pics on the frame.The lack of five stars is purely because I believe these things will be getting a lot cheaper in the near future.

Bad SD slot and bad support
I was very disappointed that the picture frame had a bad SD slot. I tried to use their online support and was frustrated by their website which was not updated as well as had no support for Firefox or chrome. After spending some time loading their chat software in IE it told me online support was not available. The next week I spent 15 minutes on hold to try to get it replaced before giving up. I will try again but feel I will soon have to return this to the store.

Awesome Frame
The frame was everything we wanted and more. Besides being a great display for pictures, we also wanted one that was very user friendly. This met all of our criteria! We highly recommend it.
