So far it's a great low profile gun belt!
I really like this belt. I had actually ordered their cobra buckle version already when I came across this one. I cancelled the order for the cobra buckle version and ordered this and glad I did. I have been carrying appendix lately with a sidecar holster for an extra mag. My nice leather belt was very thick and protruded even further at the buckle where the extra loops through, especially while carrying appendix. This made for an awkward bulge while just wearing a t-shirt or similat long sleeve. I wanted something very thin and low profile to minimize any printing while carrying appendix. This hit the bill for that purpose. It is very sturdy, super easy to put through any belt loops, super quick to set my preferred tension, and no metal to require belt removal for metal detectors. The cobra buckle looks cool but seems like a pain to fit through most belt loops and fairly bulky for what I was hoping to minimize. This belt is incredibly sturdy for how thin it is. Highly recommend!

Amazing
Amazing belt. I’m recommending it to all my friends. Also, the customer support is superb. I have a 32 inch waist so I got a 34 belt, thinking I would need the extra size. However, I was incorrect, and I had a lot of extra belt hanging off of my waist. Because of this I ended up filling out a size exchange form for a size 30 belt. This one fits perfect and works great for carrying. For any of you that are wondering what size to get, I recommend getting a size down because the Velcro will hold all of the belt when you get a size down.

Very well made but not the right belt for me
The flat black is pleasant, it holds a holster well, has a very nice low profile, and all around does a great job. So why 3 stars? Because velcro / hook & loop is a terrible idea for a belt. You can't adjust it without that signature sound of velcro coming undone drawing attention to yourself and your belt which doesn't help trying to keep your CC under a low profile. Getting the velcro end under belt loops is a pain. Every inch you stray from the belt's size means there's less velcro holding your belt on. It's not confidence inspiring at all.

Sometimes less is more
The Blue Alpha Gear belt has no heavy buckle and is very sturdy with lightweight buckle comparable to Wildeness Tactical belt but the Blue Alpha does not have the heavy buckle and the Blue Alpha is less expensive. The size chart is right on if your pants are a 34 then order the 34 belt this will also account for IWB carry.

Excellent American made belt that is sturdy enough for EDC
I’ve carried a handgun daily for the past 16 years. I’ve owned numerous “gun belts” over the years and I can confidently say that I have never owned a belt of this quality at a comparable price. Most good gun belts tend to start at around $60. I needed a new belt and I had seen a favorable YouTube review of Blue Alpha Gear belts and the price point was very good so I thought I’d give it a try. A quality belt is necessary for anyone who carries a gun. Sure a Walmart 5.99 belt may work but it will not be as secure and offer the rigidity necessary for concealment and repeatable draw that a good belt will. The belt arrived 2 days after ordering it (Amazon rocks) and was packaged in a clear plastic bag. I was immediately impressed by the rigidity of the belt. I inspected all the stitching and observed that all of the stitches were neatly done and that the velcro and layers of nylon all appeared straight and of good quality.I then tested the belt for fit and I found that I was in the middle of adjustment range of the Velcro with a snug but comfortable fit. I was nervous that the belt wouldn’t fit well since Blue Alpha Gear uses pants sizing instead of belt sizing-which is how all belts should be ordered in my opinion. This nervousness was increased for me as I’m a currently a fat guy (wasn’t always hence the need for a new belt) and bigger sized gear often seems to run a little small. The belt appears to be durable and suitably stiff for the carrying of a handgun. I’ve actually been issued duty belts that lacked the rigidity of this belt. I tested the belt with my Glock 19 in a Bravo Concealment OWB holster and my 43x in a basic kydex IWB and noticed no sagging during the short time that I tried them both out.I appreciate that this belt has a simple plastic buckle as I’ve scratched everything from cars to guitars with metal buckles over the years.I hope this belt continues to impress me and serves me well over the next couple of years. I plan on updating this review after using it for a few months. In the meantime I’ve been so impressed by the quality and value of the Blue Alpha belt that I’m ordering another one in FDE as soon as I finish this review.

A wonderful light weight very well made EDC
Con: after 34 hours of wear there is a weird smell from the belt I’m going to try washing it . The smell is not from sweat ! It’s the smell of the item it’s selfPros: This belt is built very well and worth every dollar it’s made in the USA and you can tell at every stitch . It’s very lightweight and easy to use after undoing the Velcro you can pull it out of your belt loops without any resistance very quickly The material is double thick throughout the waistband and single thick where Velcro Is. this is great for EDC or just normal wear . I’m going to buy another one in a different color just because it will work great for work . Quality lightweight simple and very easy to use
