These have a low profile and fit nicely under my daughters marching band uniform. Part of the show she has to roll on her knees. Not only was the turf hard on her skin, but the motion was causing her kneecaps to shift. These both protected her skin and cushioned the knees enough that her kneecaps stopped shifting out of place. So far they have held up well.

Ok but not great. Bought them to use in yoga class. I have bad knees. Wish knee pad was bigger. Then it would work for yoga

bought these for a pole class and they aren't strong enough to handle being on the hardwood floor. The inner knee pad slides around and it takes too much focus from the movement, and I just worry about the knee pad slipping to the side and hurting my knee. Would be better for team sports

I got this because I’m starting to roller skate And it’s perfect because I’m also an artist so I paint a lot and I also do yoga these things I can use for everything and they’re super super comfortable I am 5’6 and 135lbRecommend this ones

Brought these in two different sizes SMALL and MEDIUM. The SMALL is definitely not for adults only for kids. The MEDIUM came with two different color knee pads. It looks like they accidentally placed with a different one. Also, its feels like it was cheaply made and won't last for workouts, but that what you get for the price. Not too happy and will return it.

These are the most amazing knee pads I have ever worn. They are incredibly comfortable and the size fit as expected. Easy to walk around in, fits under most pants and the pads still protect your knees from the ground.

I got these for my 8 year old to help protect her knees while she crawls around like a cat or pony (or whatever animal she happens to be watching on tv). 😂 Unfortunately, they don't stay put for more than a few "steps". I ended up using one as a compression sleeve for my leg injury. Not bad for keeping gauze/ ice pack on and reducing swelling (on a mostly stationary leg.)

I bought this as I'm practicing braking with my toe on snowboarding. Often times, I can fall on my knee which can be hurtful. The cushion has enough padding to soften my fall and it is comfortable enough. I also wear this inside my pants so that others do not know that I have knee pads. I ordered size L based on the recommended sizing which fit me well.
