Cosmo CraftJapanese teacup Seven Lucky Gods Shichifukujin Yunomi

Im very sure this was just a QC issue, not to be expected from every piece, but totally unacceptable if I were giving this as a gift instead of just a show piece for a shelf I made in the kitchen. We ordered two of this particular cup...hopefully the others finish isnt a poor as the rear side of this one is.I do love this design. If the finish had been perfect Id give 5 stars, but for the fact that I could never hand this to someone as a gift, I had to give this particular cup (not all of this one ever made, just this cup individually because of the blotched, running finish) 1 star.Edit.Second cup came in the mail today, MUCH better. The finish was good. The first cup just seemed to be one that slipped past QC. Very nice art. Almost dont want to use it for its intended purpose but just leave it on the shelf to look at.5 stars

Nice single serve kat tea cup

Very cute, well made teacup, can't wait to drink tea out of it =)

Bad quality control

Great little stone cup. It is hot when you fill it with hot tea, but no big deal. Easy to wash and looks great.
