Waste of money- difficult to open
Terrible. Don't waste your money. I ordered two of these cases and they are SO incredibly difficult to open I had to pry them open with a knife. I figured out with one of them I could put pressure on the bottom part of the box to open easier but it didn't work every time. Now imagine you have pills in it- they will fly everywhere if you have trouble opening it! Very disappointed. Will be returning both.

Impossible to open!
I should have read the reviews more carefully. While I liked the size of this item and how many pills it’s able to hold, it’s darn near impossible to open! I wound up buying a case for $2 at the vitamin shoppe that was much easier to open.

Right size, useless product.
I really wanted to like this product. I needed something small for my pills that would fit in my purse so I could take my medication mid-morning at work. The clasp to open is extremely difficult to open. The nubs that appear on the picture — all but one are on the INSIDE of the product. Therefor you have to fight the seam to open it i whilst trying not to spill your meds and have them go flying. I’m online now looking for a better alternative.

It’ll do
Not easy to open. It’s strong, durable, fits into purse pocket or pants pocket- but difficult to open. If I’m not careful when I open it- my pills will go flying across the room. I still use it- just have to go slow. For size reference- the inside is dived into 4ths. I can inly out 3 Ibuprofin 800mg into one 4th, 3-4 multi vitamins in another 4th, and 4-6 Tylenol caplets in another 4th. Those are all bigger pills; for smaller pills, you’ll be able to store several in a 4th.I am a private-duty Caregiver; I keep a pill box with meds I might need throughout the day (with other things). This pill box is sufficient enough for what I do.

Not what i needed, poor design
Useless if you have to carry small pills, they go all mixed up while the box was closed.

Poor Container for those with Dexterity Issues
Very nice pill container in some respects, but with one serious design flaw: it is extremely difficult to release the latch that opens the container cover. First of all, the latch is very small and requires unreasonable effort to engage. I’ve tried every conceivable variation with my thumbs and index fingers and nothing works easily or consistently. IT WILL OPEN eventually, but not without frustrating hand-wringing and fuss. Those with arthritis in the hands and fingers like I have will quickly tire of the ordeal to open this thing when you need to access your meds. And that’s too bad because this container is otherwise very nice: a good, convenient size with four generously-sized sections, attractive colors, and excellent portability considering the number of pills it will hold. Why they didn’t make the latch larger and easier to manipulate is a real head-scratcher.Some people with superb finger dexterity may be fine with this, but for me it is a NO GO and a BUST.

Great for traveling
Either case works great for traveling but I prefer to use the smaller one. Holds a good amount of pills. When not traveling, I keep the small one in my purse. Big one is great for work too. Both cases are very durable and don't open easily. Even with being in a travel bag or purse, with all the movement, the boxes remain close. They're easy to clean and don't allow liquid inside. I wouldn't submerge this in water but if can help prevent if dropped.

Can't open!
The pill holders have great compartments. Just what I wanted. However, I can't open the lid!! IF I could use it, this would be great. They did not make the latches big enough to extend out from the pill holder so that you can open it. Found out too late to return them. If you have arthritis in your hands or thumbs, be forewarned!
