If you are going to be very active buy a size down, but if you are going to take time to lose weight buy actual size. I bought a medium and after running and eating right I’m down to the last hooks, so now I really need a small. So it’s really working and it helps keep back posture align. After losing 65lbs and getting help using several Sauna Tank Tops, I decided to purchased this waist belt to spot treat my hard to melt away love handles, and so far it's doing a great job of spot increasing my sweating during workouts. The added bonus is the full back support I get from the compression, which is great for lifting weight.

To get the length I wanted I had to get a mans waist trainer. My only problem is since it is made for a man it doesn’t hug the curves!!! But does it make me sweat during workouts???? Oh yeah!! Since it’s new the hooks aren’t as cooperative as I would like but I am going to give it time.

I liked nothing about this product. First of all it’s unlike other corset waist trainer I have used.My old one I got in Florida at a Brazilian store and it lasted me for 4 years no rip or tear even thought I used to washed it frequently. It just went on me 2 months ago and it defies serves me well and my 45$ was worth it.This product I got off amazing it’s not even my waist size and it’s super lose it’s not fitting at all. Once you hooked it in place the hooks stays but it have a lot of opening at the bottom more like room for another person to fit. The damn thing was even smaller than my damn waist size. a waste of my money I’ll never buy anything from this maker EVER AGAIN.
