Really impressed with this supplement. Definitely noticed an increase in muscle mass whilst going through my standard weights routines over the last 3 months. I was looking for a product to add to the creatine and protein shakes I was already taking. Would give it 5 stars if it was cheaper, but overall one to recommend as it works for me.

This product seems highly suspicious to me. The supplement gave me palpitations, I opened the capsules and saw the herb is seemingly laced with some white bits as you can see in my photos. Looking at images on alibaba of this herb, you can see this isn’t normal. I tried to email the address given on the box but it doesn’t exist. I tried to access the website stated on the box but it doesn’t exist. Be careful people, I would not recommend taking a risk with these kind of supplements. This is highly suspicious, I would recommend people stay away.

I got a genuine energy boost from four a day,probably on the third day I think. I won't give you a stiffie but you will DEFINITELY be able to train heavier and longer.
