The pictures do not do this justice. They show what appears to be a thin rug, when this is actually really thick, probably half an inch. I love how sturdy and durable it is, and complement my room very well. Already looking to buy another in a different color for a different room.The one drawback is, it comes out of the package smelling like dank mold. Probably just needs to be laid out a couple of days before it goes away.

I love this black jute rug, seemed not many people go for such a large black rug so i was nervous about the decision, but i am so glad i trusted myself on this! The rug is gorgeous. i was initially unsure about how to return if i didnt like but it came in a large plastic sleeve that i could put it back into if i did want to return. I did buy a felt rug pad for under only because sometimes black dyes run and didnt want to ruin the floor ubderneath. Also if my cats make a hole i plan to color the felt black to hide it ;)

This is as pictured, well made, very minimal shedding. I have a few of these jute rugs and love them. The jute is easy to clean and vacuum. There are a few loose ends but I hope with time they won’t stick out. Unrolled it and it laid flat Withingham 24 hours. No stinky odors.

I bought this jute rug for my patio right outside the back door. The description states it’s an indoor rug so I’m hoping it will hold up as occasionally water from our pool might get on it. It is so nice I’m thinking of getting one for my house.

Purchased this runner for an outdoor walkway that’s semi-protected from sun and rain. It looks great and feels really nice underfoot. Great way to dress up an otherwise unattractive area. A little heavy duty double-stick tape for the leading edge corners and you’re golden. Definitely recommend!

We’ve had this rug for a couple years now. It matches the esthetic of our living room and had done the job. It doesn’t show dirt or stain but dirt does fall through the rug since it’s woven. You have to remove the rug to vacuum everything up underneath it. After awhile it does start to get some gears and fraying. Again, we’ve had it for a couple years now so that’s sort of to be expected. For the price it’s definitely worth it but if you’re looking for a nice rug I’d pass

This rug is the perfect size, weight, thickness and color for my space. The description is accurate. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that it does shed seem to excessively when you sit on it, even after a few months of use.

Very well made and looks very impressive on the floor. The weave is tight therefore the dirt does not fall through as in the regular loose weave.. Black is very rich

I love the look of the carpet and it is very durable which exception to a few Frayed edges( east to trim off) which I appreciate while owning pets. I have mine on a hardwood floor and it is very slippery so I needed to buy carpet tape to keep it in place. The carpet also comes rolled toward the top so the edges do come upward and I had to roll it the opposite way for 2 days to make sure I wouldn’t trip over it. I love it though, very pretty and very easy to clean because nothing sticks to it.

The rug was put in the living room but I am finding that won’t lay flat and I have tried the heavy books for a few so that could be an issue with fraying on the edges, there is also short fibres around the edge of the whole mat that hopefully won’t fray

Absolutely beautiful and surprisingly soft. The colour is a true black. As usual NuLoom delivered faster than the original time frame. This is my third NuLoom rug and I’ve been very pleased with all of them. Don’t hesitate to buy from them.
