Just what I needed
I have knee and shoulder problems so I'm always looking for low impact exercises that I will like enough to continue doing. I've gone through many exercise machines, exercise programs ... If it's out there I've probably tried it. Well, this is a keeper. I can do a lot of these exercises sitting down or just standing still, very low impact. Have only had these a little over a week, but I can already notice a difference in the way I'm feeling and moving.

First of all,packaging was amazing.Comes with a dust bag(with a zipper),and has multiple thicknes resistance bands for a plethora of uses.Has a variety of ways you can use these and I can INSTANTLY feel my muscles stretching and in a matter of days,the progression showed.Great product!My family all has some sort of use for it so I would 100% buy another one,ecspecially for this great price!I attempt to demonstrate the quality of the product in this video.
