I don’t think it was the item not working but it didn’t work on my computer

RJ45 Network 1 to 2 Port Ethernet Adapter Splitter, RJ45 Male 1 to 2 Female LAN Ethernet Splitter Adapter Cable Compatible with Cat5, Cat5e, Cat6, Cat7 (Black)I bought Oct 11, 2019. Telephone quit working 11/18/2019. Spent total of 1hr 20 minutes with router provider and telephone provider. Finally, disconnected the splitter and everything worked fine. Product failed after a month. 6125984504

There is NO Product ever built or sols that is perfect. I find NO FAULT with this product

This comes down to being my fault. I exited this to be able to split the connection for two devices which already sounds bad. This won't do that, what it will do is allow you to have two devices connected but only one of them will use the connection so be careful of what your use case is

Came on time was what I expected

Well, I bought this product from a period of time, I have been using it all time but I want to return it since it does not work as I thought. When I use the two ports only one works with me. I hope that I can still return it.

For me it didn’t work not sure why and I am stuck with it because I was late for the return. Was trying to connect the home camera and computer but it didn’t work.
