DOA ON ARRIVAL:
This Power Supply arrived with remnants of a plastic bag attached, a badly bent (heavy) mounting bracket, with damaged package corner, each indicating harsh handling during shipping or before. After attaching 110V plug, and strip light, it did not work. Checked 110 source with current tester and it was powered. Checked each of the 3 output lines; no power to any of them. Very disappointed. Would give a zero rating, actually.

Works fine so far.
The power supplies arrived on time and both tested ok. I am using them for a roof deicing heater and have not used them at my full load of 12 A but they are working fine at several Amperes load.

You can turn it up above 24v. Adjustable voltage.
