- The green beans are from civets that live freely in the forest of Gayo plateau.They are the results of selection of the best and the ripest coffee beans by wild civets through fermentation process in the civet's stomach therefore they have a taste that is very distinctive, smooth, flavorful and delicious compared to other coffee
- After the civets excrete the beans, the farmers from Gayo plateau collect them and they pass them on to us. We carefully wash the beans, and then remove the outer layer of the coffee cherries. This ensures all bacteria is removed. After that, our beans are sun-dried until they reach the perfect dryness. They are 100% clean and safe to consum
