First of all, all the 5-star reviews are for Sonos speakers, not the speakers. Secondly, the headphones keep disconnecting after a couple minutes of use. Or sound will only play out of one earbud. Yes, I fully charged the head phones, paired them properly and received confirmation that both of them paired. Still only one would play sound. Or one would cut in and out while the other player. Or sound would only come out of one. Which is a shame because the sound quality is astounding. Super disapointed. 👎🏼 Amazon, please make sure your product reviews actually match what's being advertised.

By far one of the better Bluetooth ear buds. I enjoy the carrying/case charging case. You can use them separately or together. Very easy to sync to my iPhone.

With all the great reviews for obviously a different product, I should have known better. Unscrupulous seller? Maybe. The price point drew me in and I've been wanting to try some BT earphones of this style so I thought it would be a good "proof of concept" test if nothing else. Turns out I like the concept but these are kind of awful. Fidelity is moderate. Range is poor. If you walk out of range, it doesn't automatically reconnect when you get back in range. I often listen with only one ear but when using both, they don't sync well so there's a constantly changing reverb effect. Lots of dropouts and static even when sitting two feet from the source device. Simply cupping my hand over my ear seems to block the signal (I have mixed feelings about that as I don't really want the signal to penetrate my amygdala, but at the same time it seems weak). The left bud seems barely able to maintain a connection while the right is at least usable. They sit in my ears comfortably and securely, not tight at all and no worries of them falling out so at least on that aspect they're a win.While I can't recommend this particular product, I do like the idea. I'm going to get some better ones and I suggest you do too.

Purchased "Black B Wireless Ear Buds". Did not expect much, but hoped they would work ok. They sound great for the few seconds they sync up with each and stay connected to the phone. I have several other Earbuds and Speakers - all work fine. These will sync up to each pod when held close to each other. Once I place them in my ears the connection between the two ear buds either drops and I only get sounds from one ear bud OR the connection pops in and out. The sounds quality is great on whichever ear is working and for the few seconds they are in sync. I would love to give theses a better review, but I wanted true wireless STEREO and these just do not deliver that in any satisfactory way.I have attempted a full charge and will update if I find a solution.

I don’t know how this has five stars, but these are terrible. I wanted some wireless ear phones for when I work out and the first 5 minutes of using them, the sound would cut off and on. They would continuously disconnect from my phone. The sound is great but they never went more than three minutes without any interference.

The connection is very finicky. I have a new LG (Android) that has 0 problems with Bluetooth connections. However, this headset disconnects for no apparent reason. I often have to remove the device from the Bluetooth connections in my phone, restart the phone and rediscover from scratch for the connection to work and hold. Additionally, the device wouldn't work in distance more than few feet (much less that the claims by the seller). I regret buying this piece of cr....p.

Purchased these for an ear bud to hide at work. The pairing of both earbuds was tricky. I only had sound coming from one ear or the other. Finally, after figuring out the pairing, the sound goes in and out. At times when they both are working the sound quality is s great. But then the connection gets choppy. Maybe I got a bad pair, but they serve their purpose, I guess??!! The battery life if great. Worked 8 hours last night and didn’t do a recharge.

I bought these a few weeks ago and have had issues with them syncing together. The right one works great but the left one seems to go in and out which is very distracting. Plus, if I am using both they make the sound scratchy like I'm listening to an old record player. I also found the instructions not particularly helpful and couldn't find much help online. I was really hoping these would be perfect but I guess there is a reason they are cheaper than the others. I would return them if I hadn't already passed the deadline.
