Six months after purchase, the screw-in/pouring part of thermos broke. I emailed seller. Got this reply within a few minutes: "Yes,we can arrange a replacement to you for warranty, could you please send us your order ID? So we can arrange it as soon as possible." I replied immediately with my Amazon order number. Two weeks pass, no reply, nothing. I send an email asking about status. Another two weeks pass, no reply, nothing. I just wrote them a few days ago, then decided to write this review. My wife did love this thermos for as long as it lasted. But their customer service and honoring their one-year warranty are both fails.

Had this for a year. Brought 4 for my children to take to school for lunch. They work great. Love how long it keeps tea warm. They also look great and the cup is super cute. Lasted for a whole year even with getting banged up and shoved around in book bags.

This flask is portable, keeps hot drinks really hot and it's pretty. Been using this for hospital visits and so far I have no complaints. Satisfied customer

Works wonderfully, keeps things hot all day long, and cold depending what you want. It doesn't leak either. I do wish that the container itself would be a bit bigger, but it works for well in all the areas it promised to!

ive bought this 3 times and each time the top broke... i would be happy if i could buy the top pouring spout seperately maybe.

Unfortunately I bought it in two different colors; black and pink and both leak so I returned them :(

I loved the design but unfortunately it does not keep coffee warm too long. I returned it.
