promptness in sending the item --- three days, regular shipping. The item is a backup for a previously ordered and received item, which works perfectly. I noticed that there were so many sources for this item (a transformer) that I concluded that there might be many failures of the transformer, so I just wanted a backup.

Defective upon receipt!
I ordered a replacement transformer to repair my current under counter lighting system. It was shipped quickly and was the correct model. However, I didn't get around to installing the part for a few weeks. Unfortunately the new one was defective and did not work. My fault that I was outside the return window, but I was highly disappointed that it was inoperable upon delivery. Since then I have replaced the entire system with an LED system so it wasn't worth the hassle to fight for the return/exchange.

Used as lighting over book cases. My original units lasted for years. Just replaced bulbs. This power unit failed after a few months. Seller will not replace it after 30 days. Better to buy new fixtures.
