Clean the area before applying, place pad on board, make pencil marks on each side once you have it in the desired spot, peel and stick, remember traction pad placement is as individual as you are!

Much prettier than the rest of manly looking ones.
I got one of these for my wife. Work just like any other traction pad. This particular one had a design that my wife really liked.
