Great product
Arrived ahead of expected date even with economy shipping. Was in great condition and exactly as described. I put this on a 08 grizzly 700 and mounting was easy and simple. I have two small children that i got this for and they fit on it great and are comfortable sitting in it. I added a seat belt to it for them.

Great seat for the kids
Seems well designed and appears to be pretty well made. I mounted it to a Yamaha grizzly 660. My ATV had a larger aftermarket basket rack so I had to purchase a set of longer u bolts to mount it with. I also removed the hand straps and used the hardware to attach a seatbelt under the seat cushion. There is a recessed area under the seat for mounting it down. This seat Is designed for kids to ride in and I would say 3 kids could fit on it in most cases. It is extremely comfortable even for a 225 lb 31 year old man.

GREAT SEAT KIDS LOVE IT
I bought this seat not knowing what to expect and it is great. I have a 3 and 4 year old and they love riding on the back with me. But, as a FYI there is not a seat belt only grab straps, but for an extra $12 bucks, the local auto parts store sells seat belt replacements that take about 15 minutes to put in so that's what I did. If your buying this to take the kids or wife out, buy it . If you need extra storage this seat has none, it is only a seat.(but it is comfy). The seat installation itself is pretty painless I did have to re-drill a hole but no big deal. So great seat, Great price.

VERY Poor Quality
Completely fell apart the very first time it was used. The buttons securing the cushion(s) tore off, the straps tore off and the screws pulled out of the plastic.

Excellent Seat! The kids love it!
This is an excellent product. The instructions said to attach in 4 locations on the rear rack, but the instructions had a different seat pictured. This bench seat only came with 2 u-bolts and they were both an inch too short. I went to the hardware store and purchased longer u-bolts and then I was able to install it. It was a little banged up during shipping. One of the reflectors fell off one of the sides but it was no big deal. My boys (3 and 5) love this seat and it makes giving them little rides much easier so I don’t have them both in my lap. They don’t even complain about the longer rides because the seat is so soft and comfortable.

Nice, but poor packaging and fit
***UPDATE AFTER INSTALL AND USE:Downgrading from 3 stars to 2 starsThe straps holding the front seat down haven't broken...yet. But either the attachment to the seat plastic or the cheap plastic clasps will. Initially, I could get 2 of the 3 bottom seat cushion snaps to go together. Now, I can only get one of them. The plastic material compresses when you try to press the snaps together, so you simply can't get enough pressure on them to get it done. I bought velcro, but the plastic seat frame does not adhere to the velcro adhesive, so that didn't work. The arm rest cushions easily come unsnapped from the plastic seat frame. Its really too bad this things has so many very correctable issues. The seat rides good and can fit 3 smaller children or one child and one adult. I would easily give this thing 5 stars if the cushion issues were resolved and it had a better way of fastening to the frame.ORIGINAL REVIEW:First off, the quality of the plastic frame and cushions appear to be very good. We installed on a Honda Rancher 420, and it fits it very nicely. But for the price, I'd expect more in the way of fitment, packaging and ease of installation. All fasteners were loose in the box. The box was sealed well, but the plastic bag holding fasteners was ripped open. It was missing half of the fasteners. Fortunately, I had some to replace it. They provide wing nuts for the u-bolts, but there's no way you can spin the wing nuts inside the groove you're supposed to use. So it turns out that missing half the fasteners wasn't an issue anyway because there's no way to use them! The instructions were for a different seat entirely and made no sense at all for this seat. It's not hard to figure out, but it's just confusing when they give you the wrong instructions. The straps under the seat are completely useless. If you pulled them, the seat would come off the snaps. The snaps on the bottom seat do not align with the snaps on the frame. One of them is so far off that you cannot fix it. Will be getting Velcro as others have suggested. The only way to "bolt" it down is with 2 u-bolts on the back. There are straps on the front for wrapping around the rack, but they're of very poor quality and surely will not hold-up.

Great price and comfortable
We added a seat belt easily to ours. Works great for 1,2 or 3 little kids and you don’t have to worry about them falling off because they are seat bealted in. I have also hauled 2 teenagers on it at one time or one adult. My kids say it is very comfortable and the little one fall asleep if the ride is too long. I have two four wheelers and I bought one for each four wheeler. Great price too!

Very nice for small kids
Overall I like it! This is pretty much as described by others. It was not at all difficult mounting it to the rear cargo rack on a Honda Foreman ES. Some mounting difficulties could be encountered on a four wheeler without a rack though. I also mounted three seat belts, which took a bit more ingenuity because of the difference in thickness (rigidity) of the plastic frame upon which the cushions set. In retrospect, seat belts are a waste for all but the very youngest kids (2 & 3 yr olds). And that is just so they don't arbitrarily jump off. I have found them pretty much unnecessary for the older kids. After all, this type set up isn't to go ba-haing over rugged terrain. If you do, seat belts will likely not enhance any ones safety. So far, I have not encountered any punctures or tears in the cushions, though they do seem ripe for it. The armrest cushions are particularly chintzy. A good reason, at least to me, not to take this seat bush-whacking. It does comfortably seat two five year olds and a three year old at the same time. Three kids much older than that would likely be quite a squeeze.
