I am so pleased with this product. Originally info I got the product and was not too pleased with the installation instructions. So I emailed the Seller. Within minutes I got a call from the Seller. A lady by the name of Mia called me and said she was from Wandwoo company in China. I explained my confusion to her. She was super smart and very knowledgeable of the product. She spoke fluent English and was courteous and helpful. She told me that they did not have a video available but will make one and send it to me in an hour. Wishing 45 minutes I got an installation video in 1080p clarity. I was amazed at the efficiency and honesty of Mia. The video was crisp, clean and informative and left no doubts in my mind. I would recommend Wandwoo products to everyone. This is a ligitimate company with awesome staff. Mia is incredible and speaks fluent English. Wandwoo is fantastic for customer service, thanks to Mia.

This should be a 5-star product. BUT... it fails miserably for installation instructions and customer support. For some inexplicable reason, a top feature of this lock is the ability to reverse the handle. Unfortunately, there are no instructions, no YouTube option, detailing how to do this. You are instructed to contact the vendor. I sent in 3 emails, finally after a week they sent me a request for MY email address. Which was clearly cited in my previous 3 requests. Not sure why this component of the installation is a guarded company secret, but they don't seem to want you to know this. I replied for a 4th time, and after another week I gave up and returned the item. Shame. I thought the quality and features of this product was promising.

I love this lock, the install was a little tedious, but we finally got it. I think all of the features are super cool. The ONLY thing I do not like about this lock so far is that it stays locked all of the time. There is no way to set it to be unlocked for a period of time. So for example, when the kids are running in and out of the house, they have to key in the code EVERY time they open the door. I wish it could stay unlocked while we are home, but I don't believe it does that. If so, I haven't figured out how yet.

We purchased 3 of these locks. They worked great initially, which was nice to not have to give out keys to others for our house. But now when we enter our code, we can hear the lock work but turning the door handle will not allow the door to open. I can open the door from the inside and the handle moves on both sides, but after entering the code on the outside, even though the handle moves, the door will not open. Very disappointed. Tried to use the Support button on this purchase, but got someone who referred me to the seller even though I have no other way to contact them than this.

It is a good designed and smart lock for WiFi remote control. But the customer service is terrible, it is hard to get response and not the detail answering. My lock installed and functioning, a few days later, it does not properly function. I tried but get no help from their customer support. Later I figured out one key on keypad not properly functions, I replace for a new set. Wait to see the second one works well or not.

I do not know if it was easy to use, it did not fit the outside of my door, under my previously installed deadbolt. I have a deadbolt on my door, which is apart of my alarm system. I wanted a blue tooth to replace the doorknob lock, below my deadbolt. I thought this lock would work because of the indicated dimensions, but the dimensions are for the inside, not the outside. The lock fit below my deadbolt on the inside of the door, but not on the outside of the door. I had to return it.

Update****Figured out the issue as with the app, and once I downloaded it and set up using another device, lock is working perfectly. Thanks!!I was so excited to get this lock, only to have it not unlock using codes I setup more than 50% of the time. So disappointed. The automatic lock works, as does the key, and the app used to unlock works perfectly, but my codes fail almost everytime. Through the app you can see when the code was used and whether it was successful or failed, and even though it SHOWS the correct code was entered it says "failed" so I know it's not a matter of entering the incorrect codes. Sent email as suggested on packaging with no response days later.

I bought three of these locks to use on 3 doors in close proximity. The product literature is adequate but needs to be improved as English translation is fair. Lock install was straight forward and door template worked excellent. If you are going to use multiple users you’ll need to add each person and code to each lock, in my case the same 36 codes in each of the three locks. But inputting the codes on your phone is quite easy, just tedious. I like the external 9V backup very useful and the finish and construction of the locks was good. Changing the direction of the handle (from left to right) was accomplished easily using the provided key and small screwdriver. Battery life is monitored on the companion app, TTLock. For the price a great buy.
