String Light Poles for Outdoors (1 x 9ft) Push Down Middle to Stay Strong Straight and Sturdy with LED Hanging Solar Bulbs for House Garden Cafe Wedding Party

I was really excited when I received these as I was looking forward to putting out string lights on my patio area. The vendor packaged the poles nicely and delivery occurred in time.However, the poles were a little challenging to get connected. (One has to align it just right and then push hard to connect. Don’t get it aligned wrong and then push.)Installing the poles In the ground was easy. Just stand the pole up straight and push down with your feet. I used a rubber mallet to (gently) hit the metal bars at the bottom deeper into the ground.Once the poles were up, I strung my lights up. However the poles could not handle much weight (leaned towards the weight) and the bent (flexed is maybe a better term) a little at the middle. (The poles were connected solidly together though.)Overall, the setup looked cheap and amateurish, so I took it down.

All the negative reviews for this pole are clearly by people who did not read the instructions. The middle and top sections are meant to be hard to put together... that's what makes them sturdy. There are holes in each but that's just to match them, they don't correspond to anything. There's a little nub indentation on one end and that's on purpose to make it fit very tightly so that it will never bend or break.I agree, it would be impossible to just push these together with your hands, however the instructions on this page show how to bang it against concrete or asphalt to get it together. I did exactly what the instructions said and it worked perfectly.It seems very sturdy and the multipronged base seems great. It went into my soil well and it's exactly what I needed. I do think it's a little expensive for what it is, but if it never bends or breaks, then it's worth it.

These are horrible. Mine weren’t welded correctly and I couldn’t put one piece into the other. For the price, quality is horrible. Save your money go elsewhere

ordered 1 and was very happy about the product and now I'm just frustrated cuz the second time i ordered they had a missing piece which is essential to keep both poles secured as you can see on the photos. the second one are just two empty holes. i ordered a replacement but same thing. that piece wasn't in there. I'm gonna try and ask for ANOTHER replacement ad hopefully i get the product right for the THIRD time.

Ordered 5, received 4 new 3 piece poles and 1 2 piece pole that was a little shorted that looked like it had been returned.Poles are expensive for what they.If you're thinking these will stay upright and straight by just hammering them into the ground without any extra support think again.

Don’t buy! This item wouldn’t fit together at all! There were holes drilled in the top but none in the bottom and the top was indented like it should fit in the bottom. Problem is the bottom was round on both ends so it couldn’t fit! Last time you rip me off!!!!!!

These poles look great and seem really well built. The spikes seem solid and they are really easy to assemble and disassemble for when not in use. I haven't had them up for long, so we'll see how they hold up to the elements, but so far I'm happy with them. They do seem a bit pricey for what they are, but the product seems quality.

Horrible. I’m so disappointed ☹️ As other reviews say there is no quality control. The top pole will not insert into the second middle pole. It would have been perfect otherwise.
