Great game - but possible to get bogged down for months in some parts - but a well done classic.

I was looking for a fun game of my fav-show DS9 but this was not fun, just confusing and instructions was poor and the game had bugs in so it would on occasion just stop or freeze. Not Recommended for ds9 fun loving people.

Out of the four DS9 games released between 1995 and 2001, The Fallen is undoubtedly the best. Excellent level design and faithful renditions of Starfleet phasers and phaser rifles, along with Worf's bat'leth raise it above other Star Trek games made at the time. Being actually able to use the tricorder is also great fun. The story is also great, being based on the Millennium novels that were released the same year. The real flaw is this: Avery Brooks (Sisko) and Colm Meaney (O'Brien) did not return to voice their respective characters.

Plays a lot like the old UT. I miss games where the story line and action took precedence over map textures and details.A lot of old games out there for people like me that are disgusted with having to buy a new video card every time a new game release comes out that you'd like to follow. Then there Consoles that killed all of that anyway. Now you cant even configure your joystick. I recommend this game for Star Trek freaks.

I found this game to be excellent for its age. The graphics for its time are 9 out of 10. The story line is pretty good as well. You can pick between 3 officers, sysko, worf, and Kira. The player movement is surprisingly smooth. I have found very few hangups.I would grab this game if your a trekker or just a fan of older 3rd person shooters. This game actually put me in mind of a faster pace Gears of war.

Doesn't work on windows 7 even with comparability mode. I've tried all the settings. if anyone can figure out how to play this on windows 7 let me know.

Great game, gives large areas to explore, and is true to the DS9 legacy. I's recommend it to any Star Trek fan. I only wish it was longer.
