Works great
Jeep OEM door strap tore. Purchased this one and it works just as well. I don’t swing my doors open but I use daily and have had it for 6 months and still going strong. Used for two front doors.

Save the door swing
These are the best door straps for a Jeep TJ that I have came across. Hold up great and fairly easy to install. Save them run away doors and get these.

Nice limiting straps
These seem to be made very well. Only time will tell how well they hold up. I've had other adjustable straps where stiching broke and allowed tha door to hit the mirror.

I have gone through numerous door straps on my '06 Jeep. I have suffered failure after failure due to stitching or stretching. I have bought ones claiming to be "heavy duty" only to have them fail within a year. I have bought ones claiming to keep the door in place and to not stretch, only to have them stretch to the point of useless.I am tired of parking at the end of the lot away from all other vehicles because I cannot be sure my doors won't swing out as far as they can to hit the nearest vehicle. I swear if a didn't use the hinge locknut, my doors would unhinge themselves and fly on their own to strike the nearest luxury SUV.Alas, I have found these. I thought they were the same adjustable straps I had gotten before, but these are different! They're wider, they have a thicker webbing material, and the stitching appears much more robust. I have only had them for a few weeks now, so it is too early to tell how this manufacturer stands up to the above hurdles, but I'm writing this review with the expectation that I may have finally found my last pair of door straps.If you don't see this updated, assume they are still functioning without failure.
