I have bone issues, muscular issues and a variety of other disabilities and struggles. However, I am committed to carefully upping my usage, while refining what my body is comfortable with while also challenging my body so as to gradually improve lumbar muscles, all being well. So far I have no complaints with the product and the workmanship seems standard enough. The system is immediately simpler than one might imagine, once within one's view but that also encourages easy application and continued use.
