I bought these Kokoon headphones and I am very happy with my purchase.They are very comfortable and their shape which makes them easy to wear in bed or on the train.They insulate well from outside noise and let me focus on relaxing.There were easy to pair with my phone and I find the App very easy to use with a good variety of relaxing audio guides and music. I like the fact that it adapts to my sleep. It really helps me to relax and to fall asleep.Great to unwind on my commute by train.

As day time headphones, they work well, have good sound quality with adequate noise cancellation and are comfortable to wear. This would maybe justify about a third of the price.The sleep monitoring functions unfortunately don't work as advertised, at least not for me. Using an audio book as the source, the Kokoon app reported that I had fallen asleep immediately and remained so during the several hours that that book was being played. This seems unlikely, as I remember the narrative in detail so cannot have been asleep at this time.The automatic white noise did not kick in at any point while the audio book was playing (although the app insisted that I was asleep) but it did fire up on other occasions when I was using the "background noise" option, with the unfortunate effect of waking me up.The headphones were much heavier than I expected, and while comfortable to wear during the day, became awkward and painful after several hours of attempting to sleep in various positions.I will be returning this product for a refund since I do not think it performs as advertised. Anyone else who is minded to try it and see may wish to bear in mind that the "30 day risk free trial" offer as per the Kokoon website only applies if the headphones are purchased directly from Kokoon. This is probably obvious with hindsight, but came as a nasty surprise when exploring my options for a return.

Sadly, I fell for the whole gimmick around these headphones. The reason they cost so much money is simply because they're the only headphones designed for the purpose of helping you sleep; kind of like the company went "Right, we probably won't sell loads of these, so lets make them cost three times what they should to make up for that." I can almost guarantee if they decreased the price significantly, that they would sell loads of units and easily make more money through sales numbers alone.Instead, Kokoon went the greedy route and charge an arm and a leg for it, shooting themselves in the foot in the process.Pros:- Has good passive noise-isolation- The ANC is ok- Easy to fold and store in the caseCons:- The price. Way too high for what you get. At £150 I would like these, but sadly they're double that- Poor audio quality due to no support for better Bluetooth codecs; just SBC on Android and AAC on iOS. I have a £100 pair of earphones that support aptX (twice the bitrate of SBC) which really puts into perspective the fact that the price is marked up to £300~ out of greed rather than trying to make up for the cost of production, because the components and materials on the earcups and 40mm driver are pretty basic.- Poor battery life compared to much cheaper competitors (there are no other companies making "Sleep Headphones" I just mean other wireless ANC headphones in general- Uses Bluetooth 4.0 instead of the latest 5.0. This is astounding for a pair of 2019 headphones.- Micro-USB instead of USB-C. It's just insulting to do this, for £320 you expect USB-C at the very least simply because it is becoming the norm these days. Micro-USB just makes the product feel dated and cheap.- Not actually comfortable when laying on your side, despite what the product advertisesSo yeah, these are by no means horrible sounding headphones; I have had worse quality. The problem I have is that the cost just does not come anywhere near justifying what you actually get. You are paying for the marketing gimmick and thats it; forget decent sound quality and acceptable battery life (~8 hours? Thats enough for 1 good nights sleep, what if you wanted to use them the following day?)Unfortunately I will be returning these, but it was a good attempt by Kokoon so you have to give them that. Hopefully they improve upon their next iteration, and if they do see this review, I would love to see the following if they sell at a similar price point:- AptX HD support or higher- Bluetooth 5.0 support- USB C connectivity- Triple the battery life- More recessed earcups to improve comfort when laying on your sideSo you can see its not really that difficult to achieve the above, especially if you are selling them at over £300. Plenty other sellers have achieved more at a lower price point (i.e. Sony WH-1000XM3) so please take heed my suggestions.

I came across these while looking for a pair of noise cancelling headphones, and thought I'd take the plunge as I also struggle with sleep and relaxation. Well I've only had the Kokoon's for a short time but already don't go anywhere without them - they're brilliant.Build quality is great, the headphones are comfortable and the sound is clear. The noise cancellation/isolation seems to work well. The first connection to my phone via Bluetooth was a doddle, and now it automatically connects when I turn the headset on. There was a firmware update for the headphones which completed without any problems - so far so good.The Kokoon app is well laid out and easy to navigate. I've listened to the introductory sessions which provide a useful overview to help get the most out of the headphones, and also introduce the techniques you need to learn in order to make use of the variety of sleep and relaxation exercises it has available. It makes suggestions on which other ones to try, and I've started to explore to find the ones that work best for me. It looks like lots of features have been added recently with more on the way, but not quite everything is available yet (hence the four star review and not five!).Since I've been using the headphones I've already noticed a change in my sleep habits and am starting to find it easier to relax generally, not just at bed time. I hope this will continue as I use them more!

I bought these headphones in hope they will improve my sleep by cancelling out noises made by my partner. While they were comfortable to sleep with, there was nearly no noise cancellation. I compared them to my Sony noise cancelling headphones and the difference was massive. Because of the problems with actually cancelling the noise I decided to return them.

Ich hatte viel Hoffnung in das Produkt gesetzt, hatte es auch in der Phase als es als Kickstarter Projekt angeboten wurde überlegt und es nicht gekauft, aus heutiger Sicht zum Glück.Die Kopfhörer sehen schick aus und sind relativ angenehm zu tragen, außer man ist Seitenschläfer. Dann fühlt man einen Druck im Gesicht der mich persönlich vom einschlafen abgehalten hat. Hinzu kam noch das es ein rauschen gab (Noise Canceling Typisch) das ich aber auch noch gehört habe obwohl Musik lief.Die Soundqualität passt nicht zum Preis, die EEG funktionen sind wohl noch nicht implementiert.Deshalb geht das Produkt zurück.

Bonjour, je suis très contente de ce casque. Je le trouve confortable et l application est en anglais. on comprend très vite comment l'utiliser. Personnellement j' utilisais avant des sleepbuds de la marque Bose. Je trouve que c'est un très bon casque pour remplacer mes anciens écouteurs. Faut trouver l oreiller qui vous convient pour avoir une bonne position. Personnellement je suis surprise par ce produit parce que je dors tellement mieux avec.

This product was heavy and lacked flexibility and the earphone snapped off when removing it from my head. It could not been warn for long periods of time and was not very portable.

Aufgrund der Beschreibung zum Produkt hatte ich mir viel von den Kopfhörern versprochen und sie - trotz des vergleichsweise hohen Preises - bestellt.Leider haben sie meinen Erwartungen in keinster Weise entsprochen:Sie sitzen schlecht, das Material erscheint nicht hochwertig, entgegen der Beschreibung konnte ich nicht darauf auf der Seite liegen und für eine Außengeräuschunterdrückung habe ich wesentlich bessere Kopfhörer gefunden.Die Funktion, dass sie sich beim Einschlafen automatisch ausschalten funktionierte nicht, ob sie das Schlafverhalten „erlernen“ können, kann ich nicht sagen, da die Kopfhörer schnell zurück gingen.Die dazugehörige App dauerte ewig beim Download und bietet nur begrenzte Dateien (eine angenehme englischsprachige Tutorialstimme, um auch einmal etwas Positives darüber zu sagen)Bitte noch ein paar Jahre verbessern und dann erst auf den Markt bringen.
